This super-easy recipe, created by Charbay's tasting room + club manager, John Reagh, features more earthy pomegranate flavors, the smoothness & purity of barrel-aged, double-distilled Alambic brandy and classic small lot Cabernet from Stag's Leap District, one of the most respected appellations in Napa Valley.
(You'll notice there's no simple syrup step needed - your sweetness is coming from the pomegranate!)
1 Bottle Charbay Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) 375ml
1 Bottle Charbay Pomegranate Dessert Wine 750ml
Juice of 1 orange Assorted fruit (orange wheels, chopped apple, peaches)
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and allow to infuse for several hours for maximum flavor. Add ice directly to glasses upon serving.
